Return Policy:

Hygiene and Safety:
No Returns or Exchanges for Jewelry. 

Here at Fleur De Feu, your well-being is our top priority. Earrings and necklaces come into direct contact with your skin. As such, ensuring hygiene and preventing the transmission of any potential allergens or contaminants is of utmost importance. Our strict no-return policy for jewelry guarantees that every pair you receive is brand new, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.


Return & Exchange Policy for Clothing:

If you are not satisfied with your order or the t-shirts or hoodies you ordered do not fit and you would like to exchange them for a different size. You are welcome to return or exchange your unwashed and unworn item(s) within 14 days from when the order was delivered. Email us at FleurDeFeu.co@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and reason for the return. Do Not return item(s) back to the address listed on the shipping packages. Do Not send out return(s) without contacting us first via the email provided. Approval and confirmation of “reason for return” must be approved via communication through email listed in order for them to be processed.

NOTE: As we are an Eco-Conscious Company, all our products are hand-made products and are not manufactured in large quantities. Most products are made to order. We do not pre-make large quantities of our products for the purpose of maintaining our eco-friendly & recycle conscious lifestyles & values. For this reason we do not cover the costs associated with any change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Please be mindful when shopping & refer to the size charts provided in order for you to receive the correct size & dimensions you desire. All products are true to size, if you want to have an oversized fit we recommend you to size up (refer to size chart measurements) or if you wish to have a regular fit then select your usual size (use size chart to determine your corresponding size).

Note: All exchanges & return shipping costs will be at the customers own expense. We do not cover change of mind returns or size exchange shipping costs. Returns will have an additional 20% Restocking Fee deducted from the refund total.

All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, have zero odor (perfume, cologne, detergent, deodorant, smoke, Frebreze, dirt residue, body odors, pet odors etc..), and be returned in the original condition. All items will be fully inspected. If you return an item that has been worn, washed, smells, is covered in animal or human hair, lint, etc.. it will get laundered and donated to a local organization and you will not receive a refund for the item(s). 

Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (Final sale).

Returns Lost in Transit: We are not responsible for the returned items that are lost with a carrier and not physically received by us, as we are unable to verify the quantity and quality of the items returned to us. If you send a return to us that is lost in transit we will only issue store credit for the returned item if tracking shows it was in transit to our return address. 

Refund Information: All credits for returns will be applied directly to the original form of payment. If a prepaid gift card was used to place your order and a return was processed, the refund will be returned to the prepaid gift card. All Approved Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment (minus the restocking fees) regardless of what was used.
